It’s fall y’all and that means we need to stock up on this years’ fall trends. From booties and jackets to makeup and candles, these fall essentials will get you stylish for this fall season.
Wardrobe essentials
Booties and a jacket are always necessary for putting together the perfect fall outfit. Purchasing a nice jacket/coat to prepare for the colder weather is something I never regret doing! For an LA girl who wants something to keep me warm but doesn’t need a winter coat, this suede bomber jacket is exactly what I need. I stumbled upon many Abercrombie jackets, and they didn’t disappoint this season – 100% recommend! Black. Booties. Enough said! Black or cream colored booties can be paired with any outfit and make you feel like a rockstar! (even though you already are one!) I fell in love with the Alva Bootie the second I saw them; the heel is the perfect height and the style is to die for. If you prefer more of a cream colored boot, these suede boots are the ones for you; they’re even waterproof!
Fall makeup
An easy and inexpensive way to transform a regular outfit to a fall outfit is by adding a fall lip or darker eyeshadows! For an affordable lipstick, the Neutrogena moisture smooth lipstick has a smooth application and great pigmentation. Although I love my Neutrogena lipstick, I splurged on the Marc Jacobs Le Marc Lip Créme and can’t get enough of it! The formula is exactly what I look for in a lipstick and it stays on for as long as you need, without staining your lips. For the fall season, Sugar and Spice would be a gorgeous touch. I love changing up eyeshadow for each season, and the Smashbox ‘Golden Hour’ eyeshadow palette checks all the boxes! It is compact and easy to travel with, it has both matte and shimmer colors, and there are enough colors to get creative with your eyeshadows looks.
Candles
To get into the fall spirit, I always light a candle. If you’ve read some of my other blogs, you have probably heard me rave about Jo Malone candles. I love the Orange Blossom Jo Malone candle because the scent isn’t overpowering. Bath and Body Works is iconic for their seasonal candles, and their fall and winter candles are too cute this year! Cinnamon Spiced Vanilla is a favorite scent for this fall. If you want a year round candle that still has a cozy/fall feeling, I’d recommend Eucalyptus Mint. It’s also part of their stress relief line. (I’ve gone through probably 5 of these ?)
